Jackson and Ife began a long-distance relationship in July, 2025 after meeting at a conference. Over the course of many long phone conversations, layovers, flights, and drives between Kelowna, British Columbia, and Moscow, Idaho, their relationship deepened. In November of 2025 Jackson surprised Ife by proposing while she was visiting Idaho with her parents for Thanksgiving. They are both very grateful to God for the kindness He has shown in bringing them together.
